We process orders *within 1-2 business daysMonday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

PROCESSING TIMES

Standard Orders
Ready to ship item Orders are processed and shipped within 2 -3 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

We also offer many pre orders and those have “estimated” ship dates 

 

SHIPPING- once your item(s) leave our store, we are not responsible for lost or late packages. We do our part and take our job extremely serious, it’s up to UPS/USPS/FEDEX to do their part and take THEIR job serious.. We only see what you see when it comes to tracking info. We will NOT refund items or expedited shipping fees if your item arrives late. Reaching out to USPS/UPS/FEDEX is recommended.We are not responsible if your return is lost or stolen once you ship it back to us.We are not liable if your items are damaged in your washing, drying or dry-cleaning process.  Handle your items with care. 

Expedited Orders
Orders MUST be placed by 12PM CST to ship same business day. Orders placed AFTER 12PM CST will ship NEXT business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection and is now available for our customers to add to all of their purchases. Route's coverage policy https://route.com/insurance
  • Route Package Protection covers lost in transit, stolen (delivered not received), and damaged in transit items. If one of these situations applies to your Route insured order, Route will replace your purchase by covering the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. 
  • Route is NOT responsible for custom or duty fees.

  • Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and India.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!
